Reflection This past weekend we were invited to go up to our friend's lakehouse in Green Lake, Wisconsin. We had been up to Green Lake in the summer, but never for the Winter Season! It was such an amazing, relaxing, wonderful weekend. We got up to the house at around 6pm on Friday night and spent time drinking boat loads of wine, eating pizza and chatting till about 2am! Saturday my friend Liz and I made spa appointments at a nearby spa in town. It was absolutelty amazing--I had a swedish massage and it was heaven! We were enjoying all the perks of the spa-the amazing massage, relaxation room, the hot tub and huge showers--it was great! We got back about 2 hours later and went on a snowmobile ride with our hubbies on the Lake and rode to a nearby bar-Norton's. We had a couple drinks, watched the Olympics and just had an amazing time. We got back and made Chili and had some more adult beverages. Everything about the weekend was wonderful-great friends, conversation, yummy food, playing Uno, watching movies and the Olympics and much more! I was just talking to my husband about getting away and wanting to go somewhere for vacation--Green Lake was the perfect getaway and so much fun! Thanks Chris & Liz!
